This Potveer Tullip processing line is equiped with a debulbing machine Pro!
The tulips pass in a vertically hanging position into the de-bulbing Machine Pro, in contrast to traditional de-bulbing machines.
This is much more accurate and faster and therefore labour-saving.
The Debulbing Machine Pro is equipped with an active side leaf separator

How the system works:
Tullips will first go through the debulbingmachine, than flowers getautomatically aligned with the heads. a level line laser is there a the inlay part to dubbel check for 1 employee if the tullips are all aligned well.
The rotating knife cuts the tullips to the set length.
An air stream keeps the leaves straight during the composing of the bunch.
The bunch will be automatically made by the machine to the set amount of stems in a bunch and 2 x binded with elastic
One emplyee takes the bunches of the conveyor, rolls it in paper or sleeves them and puts them away in a bucket or barrel.
The Quality Buncher is easy to operate and efficient.
An excellent processing capacity can be reached without the dependency on the skills of the bunchers!
