How it works:
Tulips are manually placed at equal height with the help of a line laser or positioner.
The rotating knife cuts the tulip at the preset length. A stem margin can be set with the two sensors. Too short tulips are automatically sifted so that the bunch has no longer too short tulips
The processing of tulips with an a lot leaf growth gives no limitations; an air stream keeps the leaves straight during the composing of the bunch. The result is a continuous quality and exceeds that of a hand-made bunch. The employee who packs the bunch takes the bunches of the conveyor, rolls it in paper or sleeves them and puts them in a bucket
The system is suitable for any company size. An excellent processing capacity can be reached without the dependency on the skills of the bunchers. The Quality Buncher is easy to operate and efficient.
