The installation consists of the following parts:
- Supply roller conveyor palletizer
- Rotate platform
- Palletizer
- Pallet strapping machine (Optional)
- Pallet discharge chain conveyor
How it works:
A supply belt transports the full boxes or crates to the palletizer. Before palletizing, the boxes or crates are turned in the right direction to get the right pattern on the pallet. When the pallet is fully stacked, the stacked pallet can be removed from the discharge roller conveyor.The new pallet is manually pushed into the palletizer. At the end the pallet is strapped by means of the pallet strapping machine
