The installation consists of 2 palletizers, both including a pallet bunker
Incl. driven pallet discharge roller conveyors and a traverse carriage to the Reisopack strap/corner slats machine
How it works:
A supply belt transports the full boxes or crates to the palletizers. Before palletizing, the boxes or crates are turned in the right direction to get the right pattern on the pallest. When the pallet is fully stacked, it automatically moves over the Pallet discharge roller conveyor towards the automatic strapping + corner slats machine, after the stacked pallet is been strapped it can be removed from the Pallet discharge roller conveyor. The new pallet is automatically pushed from the pallet bunkers into the palletizer.
