How it works:
A Hebo Halter is a device which simplifies sleeving flowers and plants and prevents damage to the flower and leaves. This sleeving standard also saves a lot of labor. By pulling the semi-circular funnel upwards, the collar is pulled backward, which creates an area where the bundle of sleeves can be placed.
